Northrop Grumman Colorado Springs Campus
Lowe has been selected by Northrop Grumman Corporation to develop its new two-building office complex in the 30-acre Colorado Springs Airport Business Park. The first building broke ground in early October and will total 125,000 square feet. It is expected to be completed in fall of 2007. Construction of the second, 100,000-square foot building is expected to commence in 2008. When completed, the new complex will house approximately 1200 Northrop employees.

GSA - Bureau of the Public Debt
Lowe Enterprises just completed this three-phase, 130,000 square foot build-to-suit for the GSA Bureau of Public Debt. The project was built on the former CSX lot at Fourth and Avery streets, a six-acre parcel acquired by eminent domain by the City of Parkersburg.

Verizon Wireless Campus
Verizon Wireless selected Lowe Enterprises to develop a new campus for their Southern California region. Lowe provided development, construction management, and financing for the campus which is 30 acres and consists of four (4) 3-story buildings and one (1) 2-story building totaling 453,958 square feet. The site is fully developed with landscape and hardscape enhancements featuring a 1.5 acre courtyard with lawn for outdoor events.

Univision
Lowe was selected to manage the development of this build-to-suit television production facility and corporate headquarters for the Univision Television Group. The facility houses Univision’s state-of-the-art digital broadcasting studios and satellite uplink and receiving facilities, in addition to over 125,000 square feet of corporate office space.

Sony Building
This Class-A project, developed for Sony Music, includes two three-story buildings and one two-story building. The project also includes two recording studios, a live performance studio, and commissary.
