Estate Investment Trust. Prior to that he was an architect and real estate consultant active in the New England area where he was

Senior Vice President and National Director of Operations of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group oversees the operations of
all commercial properties within the U.S. and is responsible for the operational underwriting of commercial acquisitions
and dispositions in the Western region. Previously, Ms. Cook was an asset manager for a residential investment company. She is
past-President of the Orange County Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and a member of Building Owners
and Managers Association and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. She was selected as one of
Real Estate Southern California’s 2008 Annual Women of Influence honorees. Ms. Cook is a Certified Property Manager.

homebuilder in the Denver Metro area. He currently serves as Executive Committee member and is past president of
HomeAid Colorado, is a board member for the Homebuilders Association of Metropolitan Denver, and a member of the Burns

Senior Vice President for Construction for Lowe Enterprises and the Real Estate Group responsible for construction
oversight for the firm and the Real Estate Group. Mr. Howe’s responsibilities include overall performance of
construction management practices, project performance and support, oversight of all physical and environmental due
diligence activities, team development and leadership, management of consistent policies/procedures, and management of
project level issues involving team capabilities, and risk management. He has extensive experience in new and
renovated construction projects, having worked for a construction management company as well as several prominent
general contractors. He has been involved with the management and construction of projects totaling over $250
million. Gordon has been an integral team member in Lowe’s acquisition of over $ 1 billion dollars in hotel and

He has served on the boards of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, Loyola Marymount University, the L.A. Area Chamber of Commerce, the USC
School of Policy Planning and Development and the Autry Museum of Western Heritage. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a past member of

Calif. Mr. Wulf also directed the development of the 210,000 square foot Calabasas Commerce Center and the 140,000 square foot
Arboretum Courtyard in Santa Monica. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers,
the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and serves on the Board of Directors of the Southern California chapter of the National
