National Board of Directors for the Commercial Real Estate Women Network, an active member of the District of Columbia
Building Industry Association and prior board member of the Downtown (Washington) Business Improvement District.

oversight for the firm and the Real Estate Group. Mr. Howe’s responsibilities include overall performance of

diligence activities, team development and leadership, management of consistent policies/procedures, and management of
project level issues involving team capabilities, and risk management. He has extensive experience in new and
renovated construction projects, having worked for a construction management company as well as several prominent
general contractors. He has been involved with the management and construction of projects totaling over $250
million. Gordon has been an integral team member in Lowe’s acquisition of over $ 1 billion dollars in hotel and
