portfolio management and finance activities. Previously, Mr. Howe served as Senior Vice
President of Lowe Enterprises managing the Capital Group, which was responsible for the
firm’s capital raising efforts, and as Chief Financial Officer for Lowe Hospitality Group.
He previously was a Director with Equity Group Investments, a Vice President with Security
Capital Group and an Associate with Kidder Peabody & Company. He is a member of the Pension

positions as CFO and as an Acquisition Officer in Lowe’s hospitality subsidiary. Previously, Mr. Seaman served as Assistant Director
of Real Estate Investments for the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System, and was a real estate Loan Officer for First Union
National Bank. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate

Russell D Munn
Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Investors responsible for portfolio management of hospitality investments in the firm's commingled fund as well as separate accounts and joint ventures. Responsibilities include oversight of annual asset and portfolio strategic plans focused on optimizing investment performance, asset dispositions and debt financing as well as selectively sourcing new hospitality investments and other business opportunities for the hospitality portfolio. Previously Mr. Munn was responsible for hotel acquisitions and capital raising for a large, private hotel owner. He also spent eight years in investment banking with Bank of America and Citigroup. Previously, he was the founding principal of Whitehat Capital, a private equity. Prior to that, he spent eleven years with Fremont Investment & Loan's Commercial Real Estate Division, most recently as its senior vice president responsible for direction and management of the firm's national construction loan origination platform. Mr. Whitesell has practiced law in Iowa and California and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
