CEO of Lowe Enterprises Investors with shared responsibility for oversight and management of the firm’s investment management business. Mr. Howe is responsible for equity capital raising, client relations, new business development, portfolio management and finance activities. Previously, Mr. Howe served as Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises managing the Capital Group, which was responsible for the firm’s capital raising efforts, and as Chief Financial Officer for Lowe Hospitality Group. He previously was a Director with Equity Group Investments, a Vice President with Security Capital Group and an Associate with Kidder Peabody & Company. CEO of Lowe Enterprises Investors (LEI) with shared responsibility for oversight and management of the firm’s investment management business. He is chairman of LEI’s Investment Committee and is actively involved in investment strategy, portfolio management and client servicing on behalf of the firm’s clients. Prior to his current position, Mr. Seaman served as COO for LEI and has held positions as CFO and as an Acquisition Officer in Lowe’s hospitality subsidiary. Previously, Mr. Seaman served as Assistant Director of Real Estate Investments for the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System, and was a real estate Loan Officer for First Union National Bank. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers, for which he is a Board Member. Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Investors leads the firm’s marketing and capital raising efforts. He develops and maintains client and consultant relationships and assists with the development of new investment products and strategies. Previously, Cockrum has held senior positions with Barrow Street Capital, where he was president responsible for the west coast office and fundraising, and Merrill Lynch, where he headed the west coast real estate investment banking group. He has also held executive positions with Genton Property Group, LandCap Partners, a national residential investment business sponsored by Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Funds and NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers, and Pension Real Estate Association. He is responsible for portfolio management and overall asset strategy, including oversight of acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Previously, Mr. Houghton was Managing Director of Gensler's Seattle office, Managing Director of MacFarlane Partners' Los Angeles office, and Vice President of Acquisitions for the Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds. Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Investors, Ms. Leonard is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating investments for the firm’s high-yield real estate senior and subordinate debt programs. Ms. Leonard has also served as the portfolio manager of the firm’s hospitality fund and led investor marketing for the firm’s commingled funds and separate accounts. Previously, she worked in acquisitions for the Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds and practiced law as an associate on the Joint Venture/Acquisition team at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP focusing on real estate joint venture transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and structured finance. Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Investors responsible for portfolio management of hospitality investments in the firm's commingled fund as well as separate accounts and joint ventures. Responsibilities include oversight of annual asset and portfolio strategic plans focused on optimizing investment performance, asset dispositions and debt financing as well as selectively sourcing new hospitality investments and other business opportunities for the hospitality portfolio. Previously Mr. Munn was responsible for hotel acquisitions and capital raising for a large, private hotel owner. He also spent eight years in investment banking with Bank of America and Citigroup. As Director of Portfolio and Asset Management for LEI, she oversees portfolio and asset management activities for the firm’s clients and venture partners. In addition, she has direct responsibility for portfolio management for Lowe Real Estate Income and Growth Partners, a discretionary commingled commercial investment fund, as well as a large separate account portfolio. She is responsible for review of acquisition and disposition opportunities, review and implementation of annual asset and portfolio strategic plans, investor communication and contract administration. Previously, she was LEI’s Director of Fund Administration. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries.

Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises Investors leads the firm’s multifamily investment activities. He is responsible for developing and implementing multifamily investment strategies and overseeing property and portfolio performance. Previously, he was a founding partner of Brooktree Realty Investors, a private investment firm involved in multifamily investments. Prior to that, he served as managing principal and senior manager of the Los Angeles office of ING Realty Partners. He is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
