was responsible for managing Sunriver Resort and developing the Crosswater Golf

and Development Corporation. Mr. Peck also served as Chief Financial Officer of
WED Enterprises, the planning and development subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company.

Previously, Mr. Allen was the Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises directing all construction management, due diligence and general contracting activities for Lowe and its subsidiaries, including the real estate, hospitality and investement groups. Before Lowe Enterprises, Mr. Allen was the Vice President of Construction at Watt Industries and also at Ahmanson Commercial Development. Andy Anderson

Senior Vice President of Destination Hotels & Resorts, responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing effort for the individual hotels and resorts in tandem with corporate programs, including coordination of marketing, public relations, national sales, and direct sales efforts. In addition, he participates in the due diligence and transition of new properties. Previously, he was the Vice President of Sales with the St. Regis brand, managing all areas of sales domestically and internationally. As Vice President of Sales & Business Development for Foresthills Hotels & Resorts, he established regional sales offices in New York and London, and pursued other business opportunities for the company. Florida area. Previously, he was senior vice president and director of development
services for ITT Community Development Corporation. He is a licensed builder, past-president
and a life-time director of the Flagler/Palm Coast Home Builders Association and
a member of the board of directors of the Flagler/Palm Coast Chamber of Commerce.
