Chief Executive Officer of Lowe Hospitality Group, the hotel and resort development and management division of Lowe Enterprises.
He oversees operations of Lowe Destination Development, which is responsible for the firm’s hospitality development activities,
and Destination Hotels & Resorts, which oversees hospitality operations for more than 30 independent, luxury and upscale hotels
resorts and clubs. His recent projects include the $480 million Terranea Resort in Southern California, the 3,000-unit Suncadia
planned community and the 350-unit Grizzly Ranch planned community. Previously, Mr. Lowe was with Copley Real Estate Advisors
where he was involved in acquisition, asset management and portfolio management. He is an Elder in the Pacific Palisades Presbyterian
Church and serves of the Board of Managers of the Palisades-Malibu YMCA and chairs its Facilities Committee. Education: Stanford

Peck

President of Destination Hotels & Resorts (DH&R), with operating responsibility for DH&R’s growing portfolio of properties under management.
Previously, Mr. Peck served as Managing Director of Sunriver Resort Limited Partnership, where he was responsible for managing Sunriver Resort
and developing the Crosswater Golf Course Community. Previously, he was a Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for
Cushman Realty Corporation and President of Cushman Investment and Development Corporation. Mr. Peck also served as Chief Financial Officer of
WED Enterprises, the planning and development subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company. He is a veteran of two Mount Everest Expeditions.

Jeffrey L.
Allen

Executive Vice President of Lowe Destination Development, directing all development,
construction management and general contracting activities for the firm’s resort and
resort community projects. Previously, Mr. Allen was the Senior Vice President of
Construction for Lowe Enterprises. He also served as the Vice President of Construction
for Watt Industries and Ahmanson Commercial Development. He has been involved with the
development and construction of more than 15 million square feet of real estate projects
of all types. Mr. Allen is a licensed General Contractor in the State of California.

Senior Vice President of Destination Hotels & Resorts, oversees the sales and marketing effort
for individual hotels and resorts in tandem with corporate programs, including coordination of
marketing, public relations, national sales and direct sales efforts. In addition, he participates
in the due diligence and transition of new properties. Previously, he was the Vice President of
Sales with St. Regis, Vice President of Sales & Business Development for Foresthills Hotels &
Resorts and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
Through his career he has held positions on the Executive Committee for MPI along with being

Roger Beck

Robert D.
DeVore
President of Lowe Destination Development, Southeast
President of Lowe Destination Development, Southeast. Most recently, he has served as director of the Ocean Hammock Resort, a 600-acre
planned resort community in Palm Coast, Florida. He is responsible for development, real estate sales, resort management and construction
management in the Palm Coast area. Previously, he was senior vice president and director of development services for ITT Community Development
Corporation. He is a licensed builder, past-president and a life-time director of the Flagler/Palm Coast Home Builders Association and serves
on the board of directors of the Flagler/Palm Coast Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise Flagler, Florida Hospital Flagler and of Intracoastal Bank Palm Coast Florida.
Michael Everett

Senior Vice President of Lowe Hospitality Group, oversees the hospitality acquisitions group. While with Lowe he has been responsible for sourcing

Senior Vice President, Rental Management Services for Destination Hotels and Resorts (DH&R), responsible for overseeing the financial
and operational performance of the firm’s vacation rental properties in Colorado and Hawaii, and for business development for the
vacation rental portfolio. He also directs the improvement and competiveness of the firm’s rental services platform. He is a member
of DH&R’s executive committee. Previously, Mr. Fischer was a senior operations officer for Vacation Resorts, Inc., a condominium
rental management company which was acquired by Lowe Enterprises/DH&R in 1986. He has held various executive management positions
within DH&R and the hospitality industry and as senior auditor and Certified Public Accountant for a major international accounting

and transitions. While with the firm, he has been responsible for regional sales and marketing for the Arizona
region including the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel and Conference Center, Pointe South Mountain Resort and Royal
Palms Resort and Spa. He has received numerous industry awards including the Arizona Hotel & Lodging Association
Special Marketing Promotion award and Sales & Marketing Manager of the Year and is a member of the Fiesta Bowl

Vice President of Operations for Destination Hotels & Resorts and Executive Vice President and Managing Director of
Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. She oversaw pre-opening operations and the successful June 2009
opening of the $480 million resort and continues to oversee operations. Previously she oversaw the redevelopment of
Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, SC. She was also the executive vice president and managing director of a subsidiary
of Anheuser-Busch, Busch Properties Inc. and has over 25 years of experience managing hotels and resorts nationwide.
She serves on the board of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and served as the chairman for the Charleston,
SC Convention and Visitors Bureau and President of the Hospitality Association of So. Carolina and is currently a member

John Hemphill

nationwide. He also oversees and coordinates implementation of various portfolio-wide initiatives,

Previously, Mr. Hickey held various positions in the hospitality industry, including property

$500 million golf course community in Indian Wells, California and Stone Eagle Gofl club in Palm Desert. Previously, Mr.
Lennon completed the Terraces at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, Lowe’s $55 million luxury condominium project. He is a
licensed real estate broker and serves as President of the Friends of the Desert Mountains, a non-political land trust
