Course Community. Previously, he was a Director, Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer for Cushman Realty Corporation and President of Cushman Investment
and Development Corporation. Mr. Peck also served as Chief Financial Officer of

in the due diligence and transition of new properties. Previously, he was the Vice President of

Most recently, he has served as director of the Ocean Hammock Resort, a 600-acre
planned resort community in Palm Coast, Florida. He is responsible for development,
real estate sales, resort management and construction management in the Palm Coast,
Florida area. Previously, he was senior vice president and director of development
services for ITT Community Development Corporation. He is a licensed builder, past-president
and a life-time director of the Flagler/Palm Coast Home Builders Association and
a member of the board of directors of the Flagler/Palm Coast Chamber of Commerce.
