He oversees operations of Destination Hotels & Resorts, Lowe’s hospitality operations company. With more than 45 independent luxury and upscale hotels and resorts and over 11,000 rooms under management, Destination is one of the largest independent hospitality management companies in the country. He also oversees Lowe Destination Development, responsible for hospitality development, with well over $3 billion in projects over the last decade. He is a past Trustee and President of the Palisades Presbyterian Church and serves Chairman of the Board of Managers of the Palisades-Malibu YMCA. Richard G. Newman, Jr.

Chief Executive Officer and President of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group is responsible for all commercial property acquisitions, development and asset management including $1.4 billion of current development projects and 5.5 million square feet of commercial properties managed. He is a member of NAIOP and a board member of the California Business Properties Association. He serves on the Board of the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation and on the executive committee of the Los Angeles District Council of the Urban Land Institute. James “Jamie” Sabatier
President and COO, Destination Hotels
President and COO of Destination Hotels, Lowe’s hospitality management subsidiary. Previously, he was a senior executive with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, involved in determining the strategic direction, positioning and growth plan for the W Hotels brand. He also oversaw Starwood’s global investment team as it completed approximately 50 corporate and real estate transactions. Prior to that, he was a key member of the investment banking division of Montgomery Securities where he led the completion of merger, acquisition and equity transactions totaling more than $1 billion. Most recently, as the head of J. Sabatier & Company, he invested in commercial real estate assets while guiding the successful turnaround of a family-owned business. legal functions across the firm. Mr. Poladian previously worked in public accounting. He has served on
the boards of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, Loyola Marymount University, the L.A. Area Chamber
of Commerce and the USC School of Policy Planning and Development. He serves on the board of directors
of Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Western Asset Management and Public Storage. He is a Certified Public
Accountant (inactive) and a member of the California Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.

While with Lowe, Mr. Weekley has been responsible for residential and masterplanned
community development and asset management projects. He has developed and/or managed
over $ 1 billion of various types of residential development including planned communities,
resorts, land, single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, apartments, highrise
condominiums and mobile home parks, in California and throughout the United States.
Previously, he was President and Co-Founder of American Western Communities, a Southern

William T. Wethe
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lowe Enterprises and Lowe Hospitality Group with
executive responsibility for all financial management functions including accounting, cash management,
financial reporting, financial analysis, income taxes, information technology and risk management.
Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Larwin Company, a land development and home building company,
and an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young in Los Angeles. Mr. Wethe is a Certified Public Accountant and a
member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of CPA’s and the California Society of CPA’s.

Bradford W. Howe

CEO of Lowe Enterprises Investors with shared responsibility for oversight and
management of the firm’s investment management business. Mr. Howe is responsible for equity
capital raising, client relations, new business development, portfolio management and finance
activities. Previously, Mr. Howe served as Senior Vice President of Lowe Enterprises managing
the Capital Group, which was responsible for the firm’s capital raising efforts, and as Chief
Financial Officer for Lowe Hospitality Group. He previously was a Director with Equity Group
Investments, a Vice President with Security Capital Group and an Associate with Kidder Peabody
& Company. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Roundtable.

Bleecker P. Seaman, III

CEO of Lowe Enterprises Investors (LEI) with shared responsibility for oversight and management of the firm’s investment
management business. He is chairman of LEI’s Investment Committee and is actively involved in investment strategy, portfolio management
and client servicing on behalf of the firm’s clients. Prior to his current position, Mr. Seaman served as COO for LEI and has held
positions as CFO and as an Acquisition Officer in Lowe’s hospitality subsidiary. Previously, Mr. Seaman served as Assistant Director
of Real Estate Investments for the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System, and was a real estate Loan Officer for First Union
National Bank. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate
